  • Name, age, Father's name, address, nationality, contact numbers of the applicant.
  • Name, age, Father's name, address, nationality, contact numbers of the authorized signatory (in case of a corporate).
  • If the applicant is a partnership firm, Name, address, nationality, contact numbers of all the partners must be given.
  • Description of goods or services and whether the mark is already in use or proposed to be used.
  • Business type and business objectives.
  • Business address Details and GST RC.
  • First sale & Purchase bill of business used i.e. date of which business exists.
  • You need to fill all details in Form, PoA and required supporting send to our mail.

  • If it has no objection, it makes an advertisement in the Trade Marks Journal.
  • If there is no opposition from other businesses in the next four months, your trademark is registered around six months later.
