  • Obtaining and Register digital signature of directors on MCA portal.

  • Getting name approval of company from registrar of companies.

  1. Go through the checklist of required documents & forms for company registration and send all documents to our mail along with payment slip.

For Indian Director:

  • Signed Copy of PAN

  • Signed Copy of Aadhar

  • One Colour Passport size Photograph

  • Signed Copy of Address Proof (Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence)

  • Utility bill in the name of proposed Director (like: Telephone bill, Landline bill, Electricity bill, etc) or Bank Statement duly stamped by bank.

  • Area of Occupation (i.e. whether the applicant is Self Employed/ Professional/ Homemaker/ Student/ Servicemen)

  • Educational Qualification Certificate

  • Valid Email Address

  • Valid Mobile Number

  • Valid Digital Signature (If doesn't have, then we will provide, as required)

For Foreign Director:

​​

  • Utility Bill (Apostiled).

  • Passport Copy (Apostiled).

  • Valid Email Address and Mobile No.

  • One Colour Passport size Photograph.

  • If NRI having Indian PAN, than Copy of PAN.

  • Area of Occupation and Education Qualification.

  • Valid Digital Signature

(Note: In case of private limited, minimum 2 directors and 2 shareholders are required, one Indian Resident is compulsory. For Public Ltd. minimum 3 directors and 7 shareholders are required, one Indian Resident is compulsory. whereas in case of OPC only 1 director and 1 shareholder are required, and the same is compulsory as Indian Resident.)

Documents required for Incorporation

1.  Provide Proposed Company Name, Initial Capital and there main objects:

  • The proposed name shall not be identical or similar to the name already exists.

  • The proposed name shall not be registered in the Trade Marks.

  • Provide objects of the company.

  • Provide Capital details of the Company.

(Note: In case of private limited/ OPC, no minimum capital required; There was a minimum paid-up share capital requirement of Rs. 1 lakh previously, but that is omitted now. A public limited company is required to have a minimum paid-up capital of Rs. 5 lakh or such higher amount as prescribed under the act.)

2.   Provide shareholding details:

​​

  • Name, Address and their occupation of all proposed shareholders.

  • List of number of shares to be allocated each of the shareholders

​

(Note: In case of private limited, minimum 2 directors and 2 shareholders are required, one Indian Resident is compulsory. For Public Ltd. minimum 3 directors and 7 shareholders are required, one Indian Resident is compulsory. whereas in case of OPC only 1 director and 1 shareholder are required, and the same is compulsory as Indian Resident.)

3. Provide additional documents required for incorporation:

  • Filled and Signed Form INC - 10 duly notarized for all Director individually.

  • Filled and Signed Form DIR - 2 along with Pan, Aadhar and Address Proof (Utility bill/ Bank Statement, not more than 3 months old) for all Director individually.

  • Affidavit for non-acceptance of Deposits in prescribed format on Rs.10/- Stamp paper duly notarized for all Director individually.

  • If Proposed director have already Companies, in which at the time he/she is director, Provide name of company (whether Indian and/or foreign).

  • Proof of Registered office of the Proposed address of the Company (Latest Electricity Bill/ MTNL Landline Bill/ Water Bill/ Registry Copy signed by the owner).

  • Rent agreement of Registered Office on stamp paper (valued at 1% of total rent to be paid) duly notarized, signed by both parties.

  • NOC of the premises on Rs. 10/- stamp paper duly notarized, signed by the owner of the premises.

  • One Photograph of the Premises.

  • Nominee Person Details (ID and Address Proof) also be required to attached with form for OPC (one person company) only.

  • After the Successful Incorporation of the Company, Require Bank statement alongwith certificate from the bank that the Capital introduced in Company had been deposited in the account within 3 months from the incorporation date.
